Shipping policy
Our shipping and basic packaging services are available across India @Rs. 149 for boxes / products / gifts weighing lesser than 1 kg. Above 1 kg, the charges will be calculated based on the weight. Once the order is placed and the payment is made, we will initiate the shipping within 1 business day. For shipping within Karnataka, it will take 2-3 days time and while for the other states it will take 3-7 days time to reach the specified address.
We collaborate with 3rd party shipping partners and service providers to fulfill our orders. In-case of special gift basket delivery services ( currently available within Bangalore City ) our in-house team handles the delivery at an additional cost.
For International orders, shipping charges will be charged as per actuals depending on the delivery partner's international shipping charges based on the weight and location.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.
For bulk gifting services such as wedding orders, return favors or corporate orders, the shipping services will be charged at a discounted date per Kg, based on total quantity and weight. The products will be dispatched based on agreed timelines between Ahavah and the buyer.
